A ida à Torre do Sino

 Hoje foi mais um dia na empresa, fizemos a nossa rotina de manhã (acordar, vestir, higiene pessoal e tomar o pequeno-almoço.

 Quando chegámos à empresa não tínhamos tido ainda trabalho proposto para fazer só os de electrónica que teriam de continuar com o circuito eléctrico, pois o Rimantas não ainda tinha chegado.



 Antes de começar a trabalhar decidimos tirar uma foto de grupo no local de trabalho.

 Passado 30 minutos, alguns decidiram ir ao Hostel buscar os seus PC´s pessoais para continuarem com as publicações nos blogs e trabalharem em JAVA.     


 Quando o Rimantas chegou propôs para que eu e o Rudi, fossemos mexer na CNC MILLS com o software Win PC-NC.
 Foi um bocado complicado trabalhar com a máquina, pois tem a ver muito das coordenadas que são possíveis na máquina, com o que queremos cortar ou escrever no material inserido, de que tamanho é que queremos e de que maneira, ou seja por onde começar.



 Para começar eu experimentei utilizar o modo manual de controlo da máquina, para posicionar num determinado (x,y,z) para que fosse bem sucedido.
 O problema é que o material era demasiado pequeno para o que foi pedido (escrever uma determinada palavra com um determinado tamanho no material). 

 Também e não só, tinha haver com o posicionamento do z que deu muito trabalho para que fosse bem sucedido.







 Era hora de almoço e fomos ao IKI comer qualquer coisa para despachar, pois estávamos com pressa para descobrir como posicionar a "Drill" num determinado ponto.


 Foi então que lembrei de posicionar manualmente a broca no ponto onde queria e gravar o seu posicionamento num método Position x,y para que quando quisesse colocar, só teria que chamar o método e fazia automaticamente.



 O tempo passou a correr quando estávamos a testar o funcionamento da CNC MILLS, até que chegou a altura de sair da empresa.







 A sair da empresa nós combinamos em visitar a Torre do Sino da Universidade de Vilnius, é considerado uma das melhores da cidade. Para pessoas que têm vertigens eu não aconselho ir, pois é um dos edifícios antigos mais altos de Vilnius.

 Eu gostei a vista/paisagem é fantástica e bonita, a sensação de estar num sitio tão bonito é muito bom e também ainda melhor com os amigos.

Voltámos para o Hostel e estivemos a trabalhar no Blog e falar com os nossos familiares, depois fomos preparar o jantar que mais uma vez foi  massa chinesa.

 É algo que nos deixa satisfeitos, é fácil fazer, muito rápido de cozinhar e também dá-nos tempo para fazer outras coisas.

 Depois de comer, fomos dormir para o quarto, para descansar um pouco do dia que tivemos hoje.

A visit to the Bell Tower

 Today was another day in the company, we did our morning routine (waking, dressing, personal hygiene and breakfast).

 When we reached the company they proposed to continue working with the electrical circuit, because Rimantas had not yet arrived.

 Before starting work we decided to take a group photo in the workplace.

 After 30 minutes, some decided to go to the Hostel seek their personal PCs to continue with the publications in blogs and work in JAVA.

 When Rimantas came he proposed to me and Rudi, to work with the CNC MILLS Win PC-NC software.

 It was a bit tricky to work with the machine, it has to do a lot of coordinates that are possible on the machine, we want to cut or write the inserted material, what size is that we want and that way, that is where to start.

 I tried to begin using the manual control mode of the machine to a given position (x, y, z) for it to be successful.

 The problem is that the material was too small for what was requested (write a particular word with a certain size in the material).

 Had also and not only to do with the position of z that has a lot of work to be successful.

 It was lunch time and we went to eat something at IKI because we were in a hurry to figure out how to position the "Drill" at a certain point.

 Then I remembered to manually position the bit at the wanted point and burn your positioning method in Position x, y so that when he wanted to put on, just have to call the method and automatically did.

 The time runned when we were testing the operation of CNC MILLS, until it came time to leave the company.

 We went to visite the Bell Tower at the University of Vilnius. It is considered one of the best in town. For people who have vertigo I do not advise to go, it is one of the tallest buildings in old Vilnius.

 I liked the view / scenery is fantastic and beautiful, the feeling of being in a place so beautiful is also very good and even better with friends.

We went back to the Hostel and we've been working on the blog and talk with our family, then we were preparing dinner which again was noodles.

 It's something that makes us happy, it is easy to make, very quick to cook and also gives us time to do other things.

 After eating, we went to the room to sleep, to rest a little bit of the day we had today.

Vizitas į varpinės



Šiandien buvo kitą dieną įmonėje, mes padarėme mūsų rytą įprastas (bunda, padažas, asmens higienos ir padaryti pusryčius.

Kai mes pasiekė įmonė dar pasiūlė, kad tik elektronika que turėtų toliau dirbti su elektros grandine, nes Rimantas dar nebuvo atvykęs.


Prieš pradedant darbą, mes nusprendėme imtis grupės nuotrauką darbe.


Praleido 30 minučių, įpilama nusprendė eiti į Hostel siekti savo asmeninius kompiuterius toliau su dienoraščių ir dirbti JAVA leidiniuose.


Kai siūloma Rimantas atėjo pas mane ir Rudi buvome Messing su CNC MILLS Win PC-NC programinę įrangą.
Tai buvo šiek tiek sudėtinga dirbti su mašina, ji turi daryti daug que koordinatės daug yra įmanoma, mašiną, mes norime sumažinti ar rašyti įterpta medžiaga, kokio dydžio yra que que ir taip, kaip norime, kad yra kur pradėti.



Bandžiau pradėti naudoti rankinio valdymo režimą mašina tam tikrą poziciją (x, y, z), kad jis būtų sėkmingas.
Problema yra dalykų que buvo per maža, kas buvo prašyta (rašyti tam tikrą žodį tam tikro dydžio medžiagoje.)

Be to, ne tik turėjo daryti su z que padėtyje turi daug darbo būtų sėkmingas.







Tai buvo pietų metas ir mes nuėjome valgyti nieko IKI laivų, nes mes buvome skubėti spalio figūra, kaip tam tikru momentu, kad pozicija "Drill".


Tada prisiminiau, kad rankiniu būdu nustatykite tiek ne tipa ir įrašyti savo padėties metodą pozicijos x, y, kad, kai Jis norėjo įdėti, tereikia paskambinti metodas ir automatiškai padarė.



Laikas, praleistas veikia, kai mes buvome bandymų CNC MILLS veikimą, kol atėjo laikas palikti įmonę.

Tai palieka bendrovė mes deriname Lankymūsi varpinė prie Vilniaus universiteto, yra laikomas vienu iš geriausių mieste. Tiems, kurie galvos svaigimas aš ne patarti eiti, jis yra vienas iš aukščiausių pastatų senojo Vilniaus.

Man patiko vaizdas / dekoracijos yra fantastinis ir gražus, ir yra tokioje vietoje, kad gražus jausmas taip pat yra labai gera, o dar geriau su draugais.

Mes grįžo į Hostel ir mes dirbame dienoraštyje ir kalbėti su savo šeima, tada mes ruošėmės vakarienė, kuri vėl buvo makaronai.
Tai kažkas, kad daro mus laimingus, tai lengva padaryti, labai greitai gaminti maistą ir taip pat suteikia mums laiko kitų dalykų.


Po valgio, mes nuėjome į kambarį miegoti, pailsėti šiek tiek dieną mes turėjome šiandien.
